The short version

This site stores the minimum needed to show your Audible series and email you about new books. Your data is never sold or used for advertising, and goes only to the services listed below. You can delete everything with one click.

What we store

• Your email address — your account identifier and where notification emails go.
• An Audible access token — issued by Amazon when you sign in on Amazon's own page. It lets this site read your library, and add a book to your Audible wishlist when you tap a book's heart button. It is never used to buy anything or to change your library. Your Amazon password is never seen or stored by this site, and the token can be revoked from your Amazon account at any time.
• A cached copy of your library — the series and books used to build your library view quickly and detect new releases.
• Your settings — ignored books/series, table column layout, your series tier lists, which notification emails you want, and the price cap for the deals email.
• Email bookkeeping — the deals you've already been emailed about (the book and its sale price), so the same sale isn't sent to you again, and how many weekly runs in a row your Audible sign-in had expired, so the weekly email can be paused instead of failing every week.
• Activity dates — when you last used the site and last used the Deals Only filter. These are only used to count how many people use the site and its features.
• Anonymous activity counts — a record that something happened, such as a sign-in, a library load, a tier list being created or a book being added to a wishlist, with only the type of action and when. It holds no email address or anything else that links it to you or your account, is used only to count how much the site is used each day, and is deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Your Hardcover connection, if you connect one — the Hardcover API token you paste in, and the list of books in your Hardcover library (title, author, ISBN or ASIN, language and series), along with the Audible book each one matched and when it was last synced. This is what lets print and ebook copies count as owned. Disconnect in the app deletes the token and the book list.
• Your signed-in devices — for each browser you sign in from, a random sign-in token (stored only as a one-way hash, never the token itself), when it was first and last used, and the browser's user-agent string, which is what produces a label like "Chrome on Windows". It's there so you can stay signed in on more than one machine and see and revoke them from Devices in the app. No IP addresses or location data are stored.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data, or share it beyond the services listed below.
• Send marketing email (the only emails are notifications about your own library — which you can turn off at any time — and replies you request).
• Store your Amazon password or payment information — those stay with Amazon.

Services this site talks to

• Amazon / Audible — to read your library, look up books and prices, and add books to your wishlist when you ask.
• Hardcover — only if you connect it, to read the books in your Hardcover library.
• Linear — only if you send a feature request: its text and your email address are filed in the author's issue tracker so the author can follow up.
• Plausible — cookieless page-view counts; see Analytics below.

Email notifications

New accounts receive the weekly email about new books in your series by default — it's the core of what this site does. The daily deals email is off unless you turn it on. Both can be switched off at any time from the Emails menu on your library page, and every notification email includes unsubscribe instructions.

Analytics

This site uses Plausible, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool, to count page views and see which steps of signup work. It stores no cookies and no personal information, and cannot follow you to other websites.

Cookies and browser storage

One cookie keeps you signed in on that browser; signing out or revoking the device from Devices ends it. The tier list page also remembers, in your browser only, whether you last viewed unranked series as covers or as a list. Nothing else is stored in your browser, and nothing is used to track you.

Affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate, this site earns from qualifying purchases. Book links carry an affiliate tag; the price you pay is unchanged. This is what keeps the site free.

Deleting your data

Use the Delete My Account option in the app to permanently remove your account, access token, cached library, settings (including tier lists), Hardcover connection, and signed-in devices — immediately and irreversibly. To sign out one machine without deleting anything, use Devices; to remove only your Hardcover data, use Disconnect in the Hardcover dialog. You can also revoke this site's access from your Amazon account's security settings.
